About Lauren

As a dancer for much of my life, I intimately understand the complexity of the human body and the frustration of setbacks. Dealing with my own injuries wasn't just a challenge; it was the foundation that pushed me to become a personal trainer dedicated to helping you reclaim your health and continue doing what you love, pain-free.

My background is built on a blend of academics and hands-on experience. I graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Strength and Conditioning (SUNY Cortland) and hold an A.S. in Exercise Science. For the past 3+ years, I have been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, applying my knowledge with diverse groups, including D3 collegiate athletes, university students, and senior/special populations. I also teach dance and Pilates, reinforcing my commitment to precise, mindful movement.

I am a stickler for proper form and strive to teach correct technique while building confidence in a positive environment. I believe movement should never be painful—it should be empowering.

  • Personal Training Initial Assessment

    30 min - $15

  • 1:1 Personal Training

    60 min - $70

    All new clients must start with an assessment. 1:1 training requires a minimum of 4 sessions!

  • 2:1 Buddy Training

    60 min - $50 (per person)

    All new clients must start with an assessment. 2:1 training requires a minimum of 4 sessions!
